First Round: Recruiter call
Second Round: Take-home coding test.
Onsite: 4 rounds
1st Round: System Design Was good. However, the interviewers were very young and leading their teams. Personally, I felt they lacked the necessary knowledge to lead their teams. The products they are working on are not particularly exciting, mostly involving sending emails.
2nd Round: Database Design This was interesting and challenging.
3rd Round: Coding Interview The interviewer for this round lacked algorithmic knowledge and only considered one solution, failing to understand other logical approaches. Please respect candidates by validating solutions and ensuring interviewers fully understand the questions they ask.
4th Round: Manager Round This round focused on work culture and previous experience.
