The interview process was okay, but the wait was insane. I was reached out to in January, passed all interviews in February, and was told, “Oh, sorry, we actually don’t have any more roles. Reach back out to us in July.”
I had kind of forgotten about them until they actually reached back out a few weeks ago about roles that had opened up.
I met with two hiring managers and was able to land one role.
I appreciate the recruiter’s transparency throughout the whole process, but transparency from the beginning would have been more appreciated so candidates don’t have to wait months for a team match.
