Pros: Smart, humble product team, great management, very transparent.

Cons: Too much orange everywhere.

Pros: Good salary, some good folks at the company.

Cons: The speed at which the culture is deteriorating at this company is incredible. Performance metrics are becoming more like Amazon's, based on some useless things like git commits rather than actual value added to the company.

Pros: - Good salary (although not as good as other "big tech" companies in Dublin) - Remote work - Flexible working time - Generally nice people you work with - Initial RSU compensation is decent (follow-on grants are pathetic though)

Cons: The company is very US-centric, from employee messaging to the way everything else is approached. The layers of management are too much, and "managers" have no real control over anything. The C-suite dictates, and everyone else follows. Benefits previously advertised, which were part of our compensation, are slowly being removed. There have been some high-level departures in the last year. The "team socializing" opportunities have been removed. There is a lack of clear messaging. The career progression process is idiotic. It essentially comes down to how well you can write a document. To make a point about the US focus, messaging was recently released stating to aim for "3 to 5 weeks" of vacation a year. Obviously, they didn't consult with anyone in the EU about this.
