There's a take-home assignment that they give you three hours for, but it shouldn't take more than an hour and a half. The recruiter I worked with was really great, and the take-home was well done. The rest of the process was a little more off-putting.
They claim in the take-home that they prefer to ask questions that reflect the real world, but I received a LeetCode hard problem, plus what is, in my opinion, an unreasonable system design question—basically, being asked to design Netflix.
I received feedback from the process, which was great, but one piece of that feedback was that I was "curious to a fault" because I had asked too many questions about what it'd be like to work there. It's absolutely insane to me that I got dinged for trying to do my own due diligence about what it'd be like to work there. I'm sure I could have done better on the system design rounds, and it wasn't just me asking too many questions, but my god, do I feel like I dodged a bullet.
LC hard, a couple system design questions
