Software Developer Interview Experience - Boston, Massachusetts
Process
When I started interviewing for Hubspot, I let them know of my strict timeline. The recruiter assured me they could speed up the process and told me to complete the technical assessment as soon as possible. I completed the assessment over the weekend and gave the recruiter two entire days of availability the late next week.
Not only could she not find a time that week, but she also told me they had no idea what their schedule was the following week as well. I have never seen a company with so much disorganization, having no idea even when they had available times. Also, she informed me I did very well on the technical assessment, so this wasn't just a passive rejection.
