I had interviewed here in the past and thought it was a good fit, but I didn't have the right skillset. I was told to re-interview in the future.

I first contacted the recruiter in October 2020 and followed up every few weeks. I received promises of an interview, followed by explanations of end-of-year scheduling conflicts, until a flat rejection in March 2021 with no reason as to why I didn't even get an interview.

I was not asked a question, as I was just rejected for no apparent reason.
