Following this, there is a recruiter call.

My recruiter failed to call at our scheduled time and ignored me for over a week before rescheduling.

The next step is the final round, for which they were supposed to notify candidates of advancement by a set date. However, I was ghosted.

This is quite hypocritical, considering their website and job posting state they will inform candidates at each step of the way regarding their progression and how much the company claims to value transparency.
