Process
The interview process was very smooth. First, there was an informal chat with a recruiter, then an informal chat with one of the team leads. This was followed by an assignment and a day of three interviews: two technical and one behavioral interview, primarily to check if the candidate was a good cultural fit. Everyone was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make the interview day as stress-free as possible.
