Process
I approached HubSpot and was asked by them to complete an online programming test as a filter. I was called in for an interview the same week.
Three 45-minute interviews were conducted back-to-back with 4 people in total. I was asked about software design, and I completed a couple of whiteboard programming questions. The middle interview was less intense and gave me a chance to talk about the company and find out what they did.
I received a reply quickly, with an offer the next working day.
Questions
Because it was listed on my CV, I was asked to design the database for a Facebook-like app. It featured users, friendships, and posts.
