The process involved an online test, initially to assess programming skills, followed by in-person interviews lasting approximately three hours. This process was spread out over about a week from the initial contact with an employee.

The questions were general software engineering questions. They weren't too direct, and there was a lot of conversation about particular implementations of the answers I provided.
