Cons: None for me. Some might say that teams have too much autonomy, that the pace is a bit quick, or that the team is a bit young (average age is 28), but I like it.
Also, a small percentage of people have been here for more than 5 years, though those people tend to have a lot of influence.

Pros: Ping-pong, foosball in the lunchroom, slushies, free food, and beer are just some of the great perks in the office. The atmosphere is young and full of energy. You'll never find a dull moment at HubSpot.
Cons: The energetic, young atmosphere can bring about a lack of focus and a scattered feel to the business. The flat organization can leave few chances for newer employees to become technical leads.

The engineering team is very flat, and your success is determined entirely by your own ability to get things done.
