Phone call with a recruiter, followed by an online task (takes less than 3 hours), followed by a day of four in-person interviews with different team leads from development teams.
The in-person interviews all (bar one) included technical questions, followed by various general interview questions, such as "Describe a time when you had to overcome difficulties with other team members."
