Pros: Unlike a lot of other bigger companies, HubSpot has a product & engineering team in Dublin that does real work. Core components of their business are developed here; it's not just some satellite office that does reliability.
They have very good pay, good benefits, a very nice office, and just an all-round great team here.
Cons: Ever since it's gone public and as the company has grown, a little bit of corporate-ness has been creeping in. The "startup" feeling is slowly leaving the company. People are in place to try to combat that, but there's a limit to how much they can really do.

Pros: People are very collaborative and supportive. They believe in building a knowledge-sharing and helping environment, which is key to growth, in my opinion. Pay and work-life balance are good.
Cons: A little indecisiveness creates insecurity. Poor planning and not knowing what's on the horizon makes junior devs concerned.
