A recruiter reached out to me after I applied for the position.
I had a 20-minute call and completed the coding assessment.
I received a 200 response and submitted my code via a provided link.
And then nothing.
I was ghosted by the recruiter. It was a total waste of time.
It's been three weeks. I spent three hours on the coding challenge. It's the minimum courtesy to let a candidate know if they want to move forward or not.
