Pros: Hubspot values its employees the same way it values its customers. They are always on top of making employees' lives better. On top of offering unlimited vacation time, they also introduced the day of rest and the unplug week.

Cons: None I can think of.

Pros: I feel like I learned so much more since starting at HubSpot than in the rest of my career. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating, and there is a strong emphasis on avoiding burnout and on not working too much to the detriment of your health. The HubSpot principles that drive the product also drive the work here, with a great emphasis on "Delight." As an employee here, I am constantly delighted with the events, perks, and discussions that take place here. It seems to me like the opportunity for growth and promotion here is extremely well facilitated.

Cons: I am a bit uncomfortable that HubSpot is extremely vocal on some social issues while silent on others. I think this is true for most American tech companies. I wish there was either more consistency, or a better separation of work and social issues. It is not a company's purpose to solve all the world's problems, and it is great to use your power for the good, but the contrast is sometimes striking.

Pros: Good culture, benefits, and people. The work is interesting too.
