Career growth is something that's actively discussed between managers and team members. Company culture is something that's at the forefront of people's minds; people want to make this a great place to work.

Cons: Due to the autonomy given to teams, things can sometimes seem disorganized, or the same problem may be solved in two different ways by two different teams.

Pros: Work-life balance. Well-established platform to build upon for product teams.

Cons: Pay is low compared to other companies. 401k match is terrible. Transition from startup to enterprise-level company has major growing pains.
