They have an annoying system where you do a take-home assignment, and only afterwards, if you get the answer right, do they shop your resume around with hiring managers.
I submitted my homework assignment to an HTTP endpoint, which confirmed that my solution was correct. After that... crickets. I haven't heard back anything.
So, you do the take-home test, and in exchange, you may get a hiring manager to look at your resume. Great stuff.
