I had three 45-minute interviews, all of which were a mix of technical and behavioral.
The next day, I had two 45-minute meetings with team leads.
The whole process was pretty painless, and the interviews themselves were by far the best I've had at a large organization.

Pros: Good pay for the work.
Cons: Lots of changes with very little transparency. It's a good company where employees spend more than 5 years. Social currency is very important to getting work done, so you can feel out of the loop as a new employee.
