The interview process is nice, and my recruiter was very helpful. They explained every step of the process and what to expect, providing documents and links to guide me in the correct direction.

The interviews were straightforward and reflected what to expect in the job. The difficulty was on point and only required experience that you can gain by doing personal projects.

The interview consisted of three stages:

1. Online assessment. You will know what the assessment is about beforehand.
2. Phone interview with the recruiter about you.
3. Two one-hour interviews. Both contained 15-minute behavioral questions. One interview focused on algorithms and data structures knowledge (medium difficulty), and the other was a system design question.

I generally recommend taking the interview process, as it is one of the best interviews out there, and you can learn a lot.

They just want to see if you made an effort in looking for and studying the interview questions, and to see if you read the documents provided by the recruiter.
