Process
I had two back-to-back interviews.
One dealt with an array manipulation algorithm that wasn't difficult. The other focused on my knowledge of JavaScript as a language.
For the first interview, I shared my screen and we worked through the problem together, which I found to be a nice experience.
Questions
If you're applying for a front-end position, you should definitely know your JavaScript.

Pros: I was completely integrated into a team at HubSpot. I was able to work out of the same job board that the other developers were working on and directly impact the projects and goals the team had.
Cons: I was the only intern on my team, and the issues that I was working on were independent projects.
On top of this, the internship was remote, so it consisted of me working independently without much communication with others for the majority of the internship.

Pros: 1. Money is insane if you are in certain product roles.
2. Some very smart people still work here; just more have left.
Cons: Been here 8+ years. Since the CEO change, management has slowly pushed into a more toxic, Amazon-style organization with petty politics and stack rankings.
Vacation benefits are so badly misrepresented, it's crazy. Hard limits on unlimited PTO with enough red tape, you'll be lucky in the US to ever get even two weeks' vacation unless you are super senior.

Pros: - Amazing people, perks, and benefits.
- Empowered to do great work and given great autonomy.
- Management listens and responds to feedback extraordinarily well.
- Real commitment to diversity and inclusion efforts from leadership.
- Katie Burke is a gem, and having her as our Chief People Officer is the best thing to ever happen (not exaggerating).
Cons: - We are definitely underpaid, especially in engineering.
- Only 12 weeks of paid maternity leave, which is pretty low for this industry.
- Still mostly white men, especially in sales and engineering, and leadership overall.
