Next, a phone interview with the recruiter followed. The recruiter was very nice and friendly.
The last round was a systems design interview question for a weather app, followed by a LeetCode Easy array question.

Pros: I was completely integrated into a team at HubSpot. I was able to work out of the same job board that the other developers were working on and directly impact the projects and goals the team had.
Cons: I was the only intern on my team, and the issues that I was working on were independent projects.
On top of this, the internship was remote, so it consisted of me working independently without much communication with others for the majority of the internship.

Pros: Benefits are 5-star.
Flexibility is fantastic; I don’t care about hours, just value being added.
People are really smart and motivated.
No glass ceiling; people are rewarded based on merit.
Very direct feedback.
Very high standard of engineers.
Cons: Can be chaotic at times. I suggest using the Product values to wade through the chaos and prioritize work.
