The HubSpot interview process was the most enjoyable of any company I applied to.
It starts with a coding challenge, which is actually a very practical task related to the work you will be doing. If you pass, you will have two one-hour interviews back-to-back. These consist of coding/algorithm questions and architecture questions.
During the interviewing process, both the recruiters and the interviewers made me feel comfortable at all times and facilitated breaks. They encouraged me to take a few minutes between interviews to grab some water and perhaps use the bathroom, which is something I might not have asked for myself but was actually quite needed.
After these two interviews, I received an email from the recruiter to schedule a call. During the call, they extended an offer.
The coding and architecture questions were your classic interview questions, where your knowledge of the fundamentals of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture was assessed.
