Pros: Investing a lot into new technologies. Still, outings are happening with the teams worldwide.

Cons: People are getting laid off without prior warnings. Constant restructurings are made not to trigger layoff alerts, but they disrupt the functioning of teams. Because of them, stakeholders of projects are slipping deadlines, and projects are delayed by multiple quarters. The company throws money at technologies without evaluating how beneficial they are to the business, so it feels like there's a huge bloat of tools that overlap functionalities and are not cross-compatible with one another. Career progression is heavily dependent on factors that are currently very hard to achieve.

Cons: C-levels change a lot. Policies keep changing. There's a fear to speak out.
