Pros

A culture code that is reflective of HubSpotters and evolves as the people do.

Amidst the challenges of a pandemic and calls for action from social justice movements, the company worked to express and encourage empathy for one another, addressing the matters head-on as the situations evolved.

Folks are willing to set aside time to have a chat, regardless of department or team, with the no-door policy adopted to the remote environment, which is such a valuable resource for employees and interns alike!

An internship experience that encourages you to think and act like the professional you aspire to be. You are a part of the team as any other engineer, working on the same codebase and contributing to discussions on implementations, priorities, and team dynamics.

Cons

Nothing in particular comes to mind.
