Great efforts on maintaining a strong, honest culture & company values. Great, down-to-earth leadership team. Full transparency on company status & decisions being taken. Very strong Engineering department. Many opportunities to grow (within role & beyond).
HubSpot is a big company, and it may feel daunting coming from a smaller one. There is a certain way of doing things, but everything makes sense. I am actually surprised how little process or bureaucracy there is in general, as far as I've been exposed to.
Honestly, keep doing what you do! It's a great company, and I'm very happy I made the decision to join. Congratulations!
