Engineers are able to work remotely.
Benefits are reduced every year. We are treated like children. There is constant gaslighting from upper leadership. They push a high-performance culture without commensurate compensation packages.
Culture was HubSpot’s selling point. You have killed the one thing that made us stand out from other tech companies.
