Pros

Remote work, a nice compensation package, and pleasant colleagues.

Cons

Nitpicky micromanagement, handing out PIPs like candy on Halloween. Team morale is going down the drain. It's not the same company from years ago. Be warned.

Advice to Management

Go back to the HEART principles and don't scare away the talent who chose to switch to HubSpot, who could easily be elsewhere making more money.

The PIPS and layoffs are killing team morale, not motivating hard work.
