I've worked here for almost three years and have never considered leaving. I am supported in my job, work with amazing people, and have had many opportunities to grow my career. Support for flexible work schedules and remote work is also great.
Like most tech companies, the engineering team is very white and male. However, there have been a lot of efforts to try to fix this in the past few years.
