Great culture and lots of flexibility
- Great culture. People are super collaborative and humble.
- Freedom to work how you want (including how you run your team).
- Very robust tech stack with plenty of internal tools that make life easier (builds, deploys, debugging, etc).
- Chaotic at times, trying to coordinate with different teams.
- Can sometimes encourage grinding for certain deadlines (e.g., our end-of-year company showcase).

Great interviews and overall a pretty standard process. OA -> LC/Systems Design -> Tech Deep Dive Provided feedback even though I didn't get an offer, so I would recommend their process regardless.
