The interview was fine overall.
There were no cameras used for the first round interview, and we started off with questions about my resume, mainly explaining my background.
This round only had questions about standard probability and expectation value calculations.

Pros: Great infra making your time worth much more than average. Iteration happens fast and in meaningful directions.
One of the smartest crowds I’ve worked with. Conversations are loaded with info and folks are willing to share.
Competitive comp and minimal toxicity.
Competitive benefits and improving; they have 401k match now.
Cons: Not really a con, but people tend to be top-performers, which is something to keep up with.

Pros: A very transparent and collaborative environment.
Partners are coders who work alongside you. Everyone is extremely smart and willing to help and work with you.
Every employee has a lot of ownership over their work and can choose to work on what they are interested in.
Very good compensation and perks.
Cons: Can have some imposter syndrome. Currently growing a decent amount, which can be good or bad depending on what you're looking for.
