I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week.
Phone screen with a recruiter initially, where you're asked basic things about job experience and interest. The recruiter will walk you through different eng roles at HRT and guide you onto the proper track to interview. Then there's an online coderpad screen with an engineer where you solve a coding problem.
Questions
The coding question was to build a matching engine for a specific trading mechanism. A little bit difficult if you aren't already familiar with the mechanics.
