Everyone gets along well and creates a good dynamic to meet and hang out with your colleagues. The company is very generous in raising compensation over good work done. Quarterly bonus and a lot of office travel. A lot of recruiting opportunities for internships and experienced professionals. I would recommend it for anyone bored of hedge funds or banks.
