I applied through the school recruiting website and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. This was done through some "cool" web app, which disguised how terrible the quality of their interview was.
Every bad review you will read about this company is more or less true based on my interview experience. There is another review about their "shockingly low social intelligence." We did a coding question over the phone without using any sort of online code-sharing tool, meaning I had to read my solution aloud. Even worse, the interviewer kept forgetting what I was saying. She then asked herself into a hole, and I'm pretty sure she had no idea how to answer the question herself. When I gave her an answer, she got mad and said, "This is how I want you to answer this question..." blah blah blah.
I almost got into an argument with her, so I'm definitely not expecting an offer, but I couldn't care less.
This company has no respect for the people they interview. Chances are, if this company wants to interview you, there are much better companies that are much better places to work and will want to interview you too. You will be better off going somewhere else.
Two sum.
Nothing else.
Didn't seem like they cared too much about the interview to start with.
