HRT is relatively small and allows any employee to stick their nose more or less anywhere they like. You'll meet some incredible, motivated people and get an opportunity to ask them anything you like.
All levels of employees seem to be open to debate and new ideas. So there's a real chance to make an impact here.

Core Engineer
I applied online and received an invitation to the first round in about two weeks. The interviewer and HRs were very nice. During the interview, the interviewer was patient and offered hints when I had trouble proving the theorem.
