Good. The engineer was very relatable and guided me through. A lot of linear algebra was involved, which threw me off.
My knowledge of algorithms and data structures was average; in fact, that was fairly easy in my own experience.

Not going bankrupt any time soon.
Cons: Very little room for improving yourself or any of the systems. Company needs come from the top and always come first. Fires people very regularly.

Cons: As the company has grown, it has been harder to know everyone as well. Keep the culture alive!
