- Technical Screener. Got sent link to answer some basic Linux commands.
- Technical interview. Technical interview involved coding in python. After the interview got ghosted. Pretty low-ball move from an otherwise well respected shop. Disappointing.

Pros: The company puts a lot of effort into making it a workplace that everyone loves. You are treated like a valuable asset to the success of the company. Everyone gets along well and creates a good dynamic to meet and hang out with your colleagues.
The company is very generous in raising compensation over good work done. Quarterly bonus and a lot of office travel. A lot of recruiting opportunities for internships and experienced professionals.
I would recommend it for anyone bored of hedge funds or banks.
Cons: Not that I can see.
