The best culture in trading
The company puts a lot of effort into making it a workplace that everyone loves. You are treated like a valuable asset to the success of the company. Everyone gets along well and creates a good dynamic to meet and hang out with your colleagues.
The company is very generous in raising compensation over good work done. Quarterly bonus and a lot of office travel. A lot of recruiting opportunities for internships and experienced professionals.
I would recommend it for anyone bored of hedge funds or banks.
Not that I can see.
Improve recruiting process speed, which is extremely slow compared to competitors.

Phone screen, followed by a Leetcode medium, followed by an onsite. They also asked another Leetcode medium and some system design questions. Not too hard, but also not too easy if you had the practice.
