Process
Many unnecessary "vibe calls" could have been handled via email. The feedback provided for the take-home exercise was simply "good" by one developer.
Another developer clearly had not reviewed my take-home assignment before the call. They seemed busy and disengaged.
There was no follow-up response or substantive feedback on the exercise. My time felt wasted.
