Pros: - Best place to work, ever - Take care of people - Decentralized company (really, with pros and cons associated) - You can have a big impact - Smart people, best leaders in ML space - Inclusive company - Transparency

Cons: - You have to be autonomous, which is not for everybody; - It is still a startup that has to build its own path, but that is what makes it interesting.

Pros: - Interesting topics, and very helpful feedback from colleagues and community - Great work-life balance - No micro-management, which means you literally organize your tasks yourself, and that can be a con as well if one prefers more management - Not too much technical debt to handle yet

Cons: - You need to get used to the full async organization of working in a remote-first company. But if you like working like this, it is definitely a plus! - Don't get distracted by everything happening in the ML community, otherwise you'll get lost.

Pros: Full remote, very good compensation, meaningful work and awesome coworkers.

Cons: Lots of freedom can be troubling at times, and management can be "hands-off" at times.
