An exhilarating and fast-paced environment

Pros: - Very smart people - Trust is paramount - Autonomy is encouraged - Transparency - Working on a topic that is truly gonna shape the future almost everywhere

Cons: You really need to be self-driven, otherwise you'll be lost quickly. It is not a con though if you are; if you're not, you'd probably better look elsewhere.

A lot of freedom/trust/latitude

Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: - No daily meetings. - A weekly meeting at most (depending on the team). - No other recurring meetings. - Simple processes, and relative freedom to add tasks to the board or choose tasks. - Work from home, with no set hours. - Talented colleagues, and a nice codebase. - Good devops and infra support.

Cons: - Hiring process was a bit long (1 month) despite the few interviews, but it may vary depending on the team. - Due to the fast growth, it can be hard to have a good overview of the company.
