One day event with peer engineers and managers up to 3rd line. I prepared a presentation, which was most helpful. Individual interviews had almost no surprises, but that's probably because of the nature of the specific area of this job. It was a very long day, and I was just one of three candidates. That was six years ago, though. These days, it's much easier, actually.
