The coding assessment consisted of two questions that were relatively straightforward in terms of difficulty. However, I hadn’t adequately prepared for the format and type of problems, which affected my ability to perform at my best.

Pros: What you do and how you do it is quite flexible.
I told my mentor the area I want to learn, and then all I get are relevant tasks.
I was allowed to work flexibly, even work remotely.
People work independently and act very professionally.
Cons: Modern tools and legacy tools are mixed.
The time recording system is legacy and not very user-friendly.
