Pros: The AI field is hot right now, so there’s a lot of focus on it. IBM is doing the right things, in my opinion, but it puts a microscope on those doing customer work.
Cons: RA’s (Resource Actions, otherwise known as layoffs). You are a “Resource.” Get used to it.
