In September 2020, I started the selection process at IBM. After submitting my resume, I waited approximately six months until I received the invitation to proceed.

The journey unfolded quickly and efficiently. The first stage consisted of an interview with the Human Resources department, followed by a group dynamic, where I shared ideas and answered individual questions. Subsequently, I was directed to an individual interview with the area manager.

A significant part of the process was the interview in English with the manager, followed by a round of additional questions via call. This stage was crucial for evaluating my communication skills in a globalized context.

Later, I participated in a meeting with the team, during which I was subjected to detailed technical questions about my experience and knowledge, especially related to previous projects. This phase confirmed my aptitude for the role.

After a few days, I received the offer letter by email, followed by a meeting with the manager to finalize the details and officially accept the offer.

In addition to the mentioned stages, it is important to highlight that, throughout the selection process, several questions were directed not only to assess my experience and technical skills, but also to understand my knowledge about IBM's history and functionalities. Questions such as:

• "How do you perceive the role of IBM's Watson today?"
• "Can you cite examples of how we can apply IBM Cloud technology in development projects?"
• "What are IBM's main contributions to innovation in the technology sector?"

were common throughout the interviews and meetings. These questions demonstrate the importance of understanding and aligning with the company's culture and products, as well as highlighting the relevance of its solutions in the current technological market.
