Pros: Mostly Band 6 and 7 employees are easily billable, relatively.
Cons: Here in IBM, almost every project management is very sensitive to letting in people of band 8 and above. It does not even forward resumes to clients, especially for fixed-bid projects. So, when on the bench exceeding about 3 months, it becomes risky when HR starts breathing down on the employee through their people manager.

Pros: It is possible to use cutting-edge technology for work.
Cons: Hard work, not a good salary, even though the work time was long.
