Work from home is the norm. Great online learning material, including Udemy and O'Reilly, is provided.
Engineering colleagues are very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful.
You are encouraged to always take certifications and trainings that are paid for.
Cons: The average salary is not competitive at all compared to other big companies in Egypt.
Management is very slow to adapt to inflation and the EGP devaluation, and their response is not always adequate.
