Pros: Company name carries weight on the resume. Challenging projects, but they are still far from being cutting-edge market technology. Client companies are more conservative and take few risks. This is understandable, as they are normally large companies that have a lot to lose with hyped technologies.
Cons: The company does not have professional development as one of its objectives. Profit sharing is bad, contact with the manager is bad. In daily work, the scrum master, project manager, or architect takes on this role.
