After successful registration, you will be asked to appear for a logical gaming round. In this round, you'll be given time-based logical and numerical games (like Tetris).
The next round will be a writing test where you'll be asked to write three subjective answers to some general essay-type questions.
The last stage is a face-to-face interview with a panel of at least three senior members of the company. This round will mostly take around 30 minutes. They won't be asking anything technical, but they will ensure to trick you with some random questions about why you want this position.
There will be three rounds in total. However, the worst part is that this whole process will take at least two months, which definitely makes the candidate very anxious.
Why do you want this position?
Would you be able to stay in this corporate jungle for a minimum of two years?
Why not a normal content writing job?
