Pros: TOP market Medical Plan, Meal Voucher and Food Voucher with reasonable values. Possibility of flexible hours (depending on the manager).

Cons: Corporate culture based on IQ (Whom It May Concern). Technical people with no ability to deal with people are "People Managers" and "take care" of your career. Be careful if your "People Manager" is also your "Project Manager," as they will only take care of their own career interests, using you as labor. Many idle people with arrogant profiles (usually the oldest in the company, with 10 years or more) who don't know how the market works and think they are superior, even to the client's employees. Frivolous people, with no social life outside of IBM. Hostile environment prone to petty disputes, with the boss's friends assuming virtual leadership positions (usually a lower technical role on the team, lacking technical knowledge, but in practice dictating to everyone else on the team). Excessive marketing on social issues, but in practice it's just "marketing" without real actions. Toxic climate, but they excessively try to sell an image of success to the client.

Pros: 1. Leave policy is good. 2. Employee engagement activity is good. 3. Flexible work timings.

Cons: 1. A lot of layoffs are happening nowadays. 2. Maintaining utilization is tough.
