Cons: There needs to be consistent follow-up on your career path. This is good in a way, as the individual is more responsible for their own career progress.
There are less or no additional benefits, bonuses, or variable pays.

Pros: 1. Provides lots of opportunities
2. Work-life balance
3. Recognition of work done
4. Leadership is approachable
5. Lot of learning, and it is encouraged
6. In COVID times, employee health was most important
7. Great amount of ways to celebrate success, and sometimes just virtually chatting
Cons: Maybe in COVID times and working from home, working hours were extra, but it was compensated by getting some time off every Friday.
